Julie, a proud native of Philadelphia, loved Wildwood ever since her early trips down the "shore" to visit Grandmom Wilson. After completing her Masters Degree from Temple University, she became a year round resident of North Wildwood and has dedicated a decade to serving the city through North Wildwood Beach Patrol. Julie's commitment extends beyond the beach, as she earned the Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designation. Richard was born and raised in North Wildwood where he has been a life long resident. He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and has a Bachelors Degree in marketing and hospitality. Growing up in a household in which both parents are real estate brokers, he always knew he wanted to do the same.
